How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is handcrafted, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our alchemical creations worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom commissions and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
