At Metal Clay Alchemist, we want you to be completely enchanted by your handcrafted jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains safe from scratches or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
